Discount
To secure the group
discount, guests must present a coupon at the
SuperShuttle counter at DIA. other arrangements
are made on a case by case basis.
Refund
Any request for
a refund must be accompanied by a receipt.
Extra
Luggage Charge
If a guest has
more than two standard size pieces of luggage,
a charge of $10.00 per piece will be assessed
if the vehicle is unable to be loaded to its capacity.
Direct
Billing
Guests must proceed
to the SuperShuttle counter at DIA to sign for
a ticket, either one way or round trip, in order
to participate in billing. If a guest does not
have a ticket when boarding the vehicle, he must
pay the driver the appropriate fare.
Charter
Pre-payment
A 50% deposit is required to guarantee a charter,
and full payment must be received at least two
weeks prior to the activity date.
Cancellation
For any cancellation made less than 24 hours prior
to the pre-arranged pick-up time, the client will
be charged 50% of the total quoted. If no cancellation
call is received, and the equipment is dispatched
for a no-show, the client will be charged full
fare.
Changes
Any variations from the scheduled charter must
be approved by the manager on Duty, and the appropriate
rates will be assessed to the invoice or credit
card charge.
Stand-by
Time
If a vehicle must wait for any length of time
beyond that which was originally scheduled, the
appropriate hourly rate will be charged above
the original quote.
Damage
Charge
A minimum $100.00 charge will be assessed if any
damage occurs or excessive clean-up is necessary.
A deposit may be required prior to the activity.
